We are currently in the process of looking to purchase a home. Tred was recommended to us by a friend. Tred is very pleasant to work with. He is always willing to go the extra step and do whatever it takes to help us find a home. We call him up on a Saturday or Sunday and he meets us at the house in an hour to show it to us! Keep in mind it takes him 45 minutes to get there from where he lives. He is very knowledgeable and can handle all the situations that come up. Tred recently helped me sell my house in Schenectady, NY. Tred had great photos taken of the house to create a stellar listing. He had showings set up the same day it was listed and it even sold in less than 24 hours for over asking price. There is nothing more stressful than buying and selling a home. We just decided to do them both on the same day. Tred Hulse is the sole reason we still have our sanity and dream home.Rewind a few months back (ok, 7 months) - We had begun a home search in the Schenectady County area. Tred immediately pulled up listings and was great at updating them almost daily. To make a long story short, we entered in a contract on a short sale. Spoiler - they're not very short. Again, for time, the contract fell through more than 3 months later and we were once again in a pinch. Tred once again worked his magic by quickly pulling together a new list of available homes and gave us all of the time we needed to look at home.We entered into a contract on another home and closed in July.
